The scope is defined after we learn about the property, its stage, the timeline and the level of involvement required.
Brief and property
We discuss the task, study the plans and understand how the space needs to work.
Concept and design project
We develop the planning, visual direction, materials, lighting, furniture and working drawings.
Implementation
We coordinate design supervision and procurement so that the agreed decisions are preserved on site.
