Apartment and
house interiors
in Tashkent
Tsipkun Interiors is Alexandra Tsipkun’s studio from Almaty. We now work in Tashkent, creating apartment and house interiors from space planning to procurement and design supervision.

01 / Approach
The experience of an Almaty studio, now in Tashkent.
We do not begin with wall colours or furniture catalogues. First, we understand how the family will live in the space and plan circulation, lighting, storage, privacy and connections between rooms. Materials, furniture and art then develop the same interior idea.
Planning before decoration
Functional zoning, proportions and natural light form the foundation of the interior.
Materials and details
Natural materials, layered textures and bespoke solutions without ostentation.
Personal involvement
Alexandra is involved in key decisions from the first layout to implementation.
02 / Apartments and houses
Two types of space.
Two approaches to design.

Apartments
In an apartment, every square metre matters. Planning, storage, lighting and multifunctional rooms need to support the owners’ real way of living.
- planning and integrated storage
- lighting scenarios
- materials and bespoke furniture

Houses
A house requires several floors, shared rooms and private zones to work as one system. We consider stairs, engineering, views, terraces and the family’s everyday routes.
- connections between floors and rooms
- shared and private zones
- coordination with building services
